In September of 2018 we launched our very first Theatre Study Program for youth.  The training focuses on movement, acting, vocal, improv, scene study, monologues and performance.  Each term ends in a production that is open to the public.  This twice a week class will help boost your child's confidence as they learn how to develop their own method of acting.  We are looking to limit our class size so that we can devote individual attention to each student.  It is for that reason that each class will be capped at 18.  

If a particular schedule does not work for you we can discuss moving your child up or down a level.  For example, someone in Grade 5 can often succeed in Group A or B.

SPRING SESSION

Program Fee - $399.99 plus HST
Deposit - $50.00

Programs are limited to 18 participants

How To Register - To pay, simply click on the registration fee on the right or you can e-transfer to info@railcitytheatre.com.  You will receive a confirmation of enrollment within 48 hours.  The next step is to submit the registration form via email to info@railcitytheatre.com. Each of the groups below will have their available spaces listed.  If it is past the deadline and you still see available spaces contact us to discuss it further.  If you are unable to pay in full, the $50.00 deposit option (also on the right hand side) will hold your space until August 15th, 2024 when all funds are due.

GROUP A - GRADES 2,3,4

Starts September 9th, 2024 and will go twice a week for a 13 week term
Classes are Monday at 6pm - 8pm and Saturdays 11am - 1pm

GROUP B - GRADES 5,6,7

Starts September 10th, 2024 and will go twice a week for a 13 week term
Classes are Tuesday at 6pm - 8pm and Saturdays 1pm - 3pm

GROUP C - GRADES 8,9,10

Starts September 11th, 2024 and will go twice a week for a 13 week term
Classes are Wednesday at 6pm - 8pm and Saturdays 3pm - 5pm

GROUP D - GRADES 11,12,Victory Lap

Starts September 12th, 2024 and will go twice a week for a 13 week term
Classes are Thursday at 6pm - 8pm and Saturdays 5pm - 7pm

ACTING FOR ADULTS 

Our Acting for Adults program returns for its second session this fall.  This class focuses on acting, improv, scene study and monologue work, and ends with a workshop style performance for friends and family.

Starts September 15th, 2024 and will go once a week for a 13 week term
Classes are Sunday from 1pm - 4pm

Fee - $249.99 plus HST (if you register by May 1st 2024)  payable on the right by clicking "AFA Payment"
